KairoDi respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where we store it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1.1. Information we collect

We do not actively collect sensitive information such as health, religious, political or biometric data. Please do not send us such information.

System security, fraud detection and prevention

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

1.3. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers directly managed by KairoDi, located in Vietnam
All connections to the website are encrypted with HTTPS
Passwords are one-way hashed and never stored in readable form
Platform access tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before storage
Only authorised staff can access customer data
Data is backed up regularly to guard against incidents

1.4. Retention period

Contact and enquiry information: up to 24 months from your most recent interaction
Orders and accounting records: for the period required by accounting law
Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you agree to a longer period
Chat history: up to 24 months

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

1.5. Sharing with third parties

We share only when genuinely necessary, with the following:

Delivery partners — name, phone number and address to deliver your order
Infrastructure providers — hosting, email and website protection services
Government authorities — upon lawful request

1.7. Children

KairoDi services are not intended for people under 16. If we discover we have collected a child's information without guardian consent, we will delete it immediately.

Data from social media platforms

KairoDi operates official pages and channels on Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok, Shopee and TikTok Shop. We use the official application programming interfaces (APIs) of these platforms to manage our channels and support customers.

2.1. What we access

Metrics of KairoDi's own channels — followers, views, post counts and engagement on pages we own
Messages you actively send to KairoDi's official pages or accounts
Public comments you leave on our content
Display name and profile picture provided by the platform, so we can recognise you when replying

2.2. What we do not do

We do not access your friend list, your private messages with other people, or any content unrelated to KairoDi
We do not use platform data for any purpose beyond supporting and caring for you
We do not sell or transfer this data to third parties
We do not use this data to build tracking profiles of you beyond your interactions with KairoDi

2.3. Automated assistant

Some KairoDi channels use an automated assistant to quickly answer common questions. The assistant always identifies itself clearly at the start of the conversation. You may ask to speak with a human at any time and we will transfer you immediately.

You have the right to ask us to stop messaging you. Once we receive such a request we stop immediately, and only contact you again if you message us first.

2.4. TikTok account connection (Login Kit)

When the owner of a TikTok channel connects it to the KairoDi dashboard through TikTok Login Kit, we read — with that account's explicit consent — the following data via TikTok's official Display API: the account's `open_id` (a technical identifier issued by TikTok), display name, avatar, follower / likes / video counts, and the list of the account's public videos with their public statistics (views, likes, comments, shares).

This access is read-only. KairoDi never posts, edits, deletes, comments or sends messages on behalf of the connected account, and never accesses private videos or private messages.

You can revoke this access at any time by pressing Disconnect on the channel page in the KairoDi dashboard, or in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and websites. Upon revocation, KairoDi deletes the stored token (tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM).

Data deletion requests

You have the right to request that KairoDi delete all of your personal data. This is free of charge.

3.1. How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", including:

Your full name
The phone number or email you used when contacting us
If the request relates to Facebook or Zalo data: the account name you used to message us

3.2. How we handle it

We verify the requester's identity within 3 working days
We delete the data within 30 days at most after verification
We send a confirmation email once completed

3.3. What we must retain

Order records, invoices and accounting data must be retained for the period required by law, even if you request deletion. Such data is used solely to meet legal obligations, never for contact or marketing.

The website uses certain cookies and browser storage to function:
